1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fuel Box ("we," "our," "us"), your trusted partner in convenient, protein-rich, and goal-based meal subscriptions. By accessing or using the Fuel Box platform, placing an order, or subscribing to any meal plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Fuel Box is committed to helping you eat well, stay consistent, and reach your fitness and lifestyle goals without the hassle of planning and preparing meals yourself. These terms, along with our Refund & Cancellation, Subscription, Referral & Rewards, Privacy, and Shipping & Delivery policies, govern your use of the Fuel Box platform.

2. Health, Allergy & Dietary Responsibility

Fuel Box provides a range of meal options designed to support different dietary preferences and subscription plans. However, the user is solely responsible for selecting food items that are suitable for their own health condition, allergies, dietary restrictions, and any medical advice they have received.

If a user has any allergy, intolerance, or doctor-advised dietary restriction — including but not limited to peanuts or any other ingredient — it is the user's responsibility to avoid ordering items containing such ingredients. If a user orders or consumes a food item that is not suitable for their health condition, Fuel Box shall not be held responsible for any resulting health issue, allergic reaction, or damage arising from such consumption.

Users are strongly encouraged to:

• Carefully review ingredient lists before placing an order
• Consult a qualified medical professional where necessary, especially in cases of known allergies or medical conditions

3. Accounts & Registration

You must create an account to place orders or subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are either at least 18 years of age or have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Fuel Box reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Orders, Payments & Subscription

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. All subscription payments must be completed before the subscription begins. Fuel Box reserves the right to suspend or discontinue meal deliveries if payment remains pending.

Subscription plans are valid only for the selected duration. Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person. Users may upgrade their subscription after paying for their original plan by paying only the price difference — no additional service charges or hidden fees will be added.

Fuel Box may update menu items based on ingredient availability, seasonal produce, or operational requirements while ensuring similar nutritional value.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Fuel Box delivers only to the areas and zones listed on our website. Users must provide an accurate and complete delivery address along with their preferred delivery timing at the time of placing an order. All delivery charges are included within the price of the meal box — no separate or additional delivery fee will be charged.

Fuel Box will make every reasonable effort to deliver meals on time. However, delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. Fuel Box is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

If a user wishes to change the delivery address or recipient, such changes must be communicated at least 2-4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

6. Pause Subscription

Users may temporarily pause their subscription by notifying Fuel Box at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Paused meals can be resumed later, subject to Fuel Box's operational policies and availability. To skip a single meal day, the request must be submitted at least 20 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

7. Food Safety

Meals should be consumed within the recommended time after delivery. Fuel Box is not responsible for any deterioration in food quality resulting from improper storage or delayed consumption after delivery.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to access another user's account, tampering with our systems, scraping data, submitting false reviews, or interfering with the operation of our service. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fuel Box provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

During signup and checkout, Fuel Box collects personal details including name, contact number, delivery address, and payment-related information solely for verifying identity, processing orders, and managing your account. All information is stored securely on our servers.

Fuel Box does not share, sell, or disclose user data to any third party except delivery partners (for address and mobile number) solely for fulfilling meal delivery. No other personal information is shared with any external party for any purpose.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
